Terms and Conditions for SOUL Iconic Drive Oct 2-6, 2017


  • Tata Motors Limited (TML) has authorized 70EMG, a division of Orangefish Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (70EMG) to organize the SOUL Iconic Drive Event, and its related activities. 70EMG is also authorized by TML to receive payments from participants for the same.


  • The below-mentioned terms & conditions are applicable to participants of the TATA SOUL drive being organized to Madhya Pradesh, for which they have made a payment of agreed amount to 70EMG. These participants are referred to as “attendee” or “client”.


  • 70EMG/TML has made best efforts to procure the best hotels available in the price range keeping comfort and convenience of the guests as per the itinerary as priority and have been selected on the basis of strong internal assessment.
  • While 70EMG/TML will make best efforts to ensure the delivery of services that are to be provided by the hotel, 70EMG/TML acts as a facilitator for the attendee and the hotel and will under no circumstance accept any responsibility for inadequate/deficient/negligent services provided by the hotel. 70EMG/TML shall not accept any complaints from the attendee with respect to services provided by the hotels and that any grievance or complaint shall be directly lodged with the concerned hotel management.
  • The attendee will be liable to make good any damage(s) caused by any act of the attendee (willful/negligent) to the property of the hotel in any manner provided by the hotel policy. The extent and the amount of the damage so caused will be as determined by the concerned hotel. 70EMG/TML will not intervene in the same in any way.

Meals & Special Requests

  • The menu for all meals is pre-set as per the package.
  • 70EMG/TML reserves the right to change the menu if circumstances necessitate such a change without any prior notice to the attendee. If the client does not avail the meals (as offered in the menu) for any reason, then no claim can be made for the unutilized meal against 70EMG/TML.


  • 70EMG/TML takes all reasonable steps at the time of finalizing the itinerary for the attendee to ensure that the itinerary is as per the convenience and comfort of the attendee. However, 70EMG/TML reserves all the rights to effect any change in the itinerary due to any reasons that 70EMG/TML may deem fit for effecting such change and that 70EMG/TML shall not be bound to take any prior permission or give prior notice to any attendee before changing the itinerary. In the event of a change in the itinerary, 70EMG/TML will inform the client accordingly at the earliest possible time. before the departure of the attendee on the drive.
  • 70EMG/TML shall inform the attendee in the event of any change in the itinerary of the attendee post departure in the domestic tour, which is beyond the control of 70EMG/TML. A change to the itinerary will made considering all the factors that any prudent person will do from the attendee’s convenience, safety and comfort perspective. 70EMG/TML shall not accept any responsibility and shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever for any loss that a attendee might suffer consequent to such a change.
  • 70EMG/TML reserves the right to claim any additional expenses because of delays/changes in the itinerary, caused by any reason whatsoever including but limited to natural calamities, prohibition orders, local unrest, traffic jams, medical emergency, accidents, etc.,
  • 70EMG/TML reserves the right to without prior notice amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed advisable or necessary.
  • In the event the attendee misses out on any activity on the drive due to delay on his part, 70EMG/TML will not be held liable to refund the money paid for the same or in any other manner whatsoever.


  • Attendees are expected to bring their own Tata SUV (Safaris/Hexas) for the Drive and ensure that the SUV is fit, serviced and technically ready for the Drive. Attendees will also have to ensure that their SUV’s are driven by individuals lawfully licensed to drive the SUV. The SUV is henceforth referred to as the “vehicle”.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle during the Drive on account of accidents, negligence, natural causes shall be solely borne by the attendee and 70EMG/TML shall accept no claim and responsibility for any damages and/or expenses suffered by the attendee/vehicle.
  • Attendees will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the drive can be completed within the schedule. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules are missed due to delays caused by the attendee or for any other reasons, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.

Conditions of Package

  • The aforesaid conditions are applicable to every attendee who books the package for the drive with 70EMG/TML
  • The attendees are expected to sincerely follow all the instructions of a group leader appointed for their particular group during the Drive. Any actions of the attendee in deviation to the group leader’s instructions may expose him/her and others to potential dangers and the disobedient attendee shall be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage caused to other attendees.
  • The attendees are expected to follow the package itinerary. There shall be no refund, if the client fails to join the group at the appointed time of commencement of the SOUL Iconic Drive, or join the group later or leave the group before the culmination of the drive. Please note that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the client to reach the place of commencement of the drive and register with the representative of 70EMG/TML at the appointed place on the given date and time.
  • In case a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the drive due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the drive due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as "no show" on the drive and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
  • 70EMG/TML reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the outbound tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers and 70EMG/TML shall be under no liability to any such expelled person/s.

Health & Insurance

  • It shall be the duty of the attendee to inform 70EMG/TML in case the attendee has any medical history or prescribed restrictions/allergies that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the drive and wherein the interest of the group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected.
  • In the event that a medical condition has been disclosed, 70EMG/TML shall make an effort to provide basic medical help to such attendee but under no circumstances shall 70EMG/TML be held liable to any injury, disability that the attendee may suffer or be bound to provide any emergency assistance or refund the money.
  • The tour cost does not include costs towards the insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable that the clients obtain appropriate accidental/tourist insurance cover at their own costs.

Refunds & Cancellation

  • Refunds if any for amendments and / or cancellation will be paid directly to the attendee for booking made directly with 70EMG.
  • Refunds shall not be applicable if the attendees withdraw their participation within 2 weeks of the SOUL Iconic Drive Oct 2 to 6, 2017.
  • Refunds to attendees will be largely governed by these terms and conditions. However, refund if entitled to the attendee will be processed on pro-rata basis only for accommodation and meal services not provided as per the itinerary by the respective service providers. No refunds on any other services and/or in case of change in itinerary will be given for any reason whatsoever


  • 70EMG/TML shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the client due to reasons beyond the control of 70EMG/TML (Force Majeure / Vis Major / Acts of God).
  • 70EMG/TML shall not be responsible for the temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
  • 70EMG/TML shall not be responsible for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.

Law & Jurisdiction

  • For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any service providers, the attendees shall raise claims and disputes in accordance with the jurisdiction provided by the service provider policy. Whereas, for any claims, suits, complaints or disputes for service confining to the SOUL Iconic Drive and service provided by exclusively 70EMG/TML the courts and tribunals in Mumbai, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


  • The attendees agree to execute an undertaking bond for participants in any of the events held by 70EMG/TML that will hold 70EMG/TML and its officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claim, suit, compensation, attorney expenses, criminal prosecution, Order of Court arising out of any injury, damage, loss to life and property of any third party including but not limited to individuals, government bodies, corporate entities, etc., due to direct or indirect acts of negligence, default, omission and commission on the part of the attendee before the conclusion of the Drive.

Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be held liable for damages or deficiency in service or loss, injury, expense, etc., in the event of the Drive being delayed or cancelled or aborted after commencing due to any force majeure/vis major/ Acts of God event including but no limited to natural calamities, prohibition orders, local unrest, traffic jams, medical emergency, accidents, etc., 70EMG/TML shall be under no obligation to resume the Drive on the situation having normalized after the Force Majeure event.

1. How do I register for the SOUL Iconic Drive planned for 2nd – 6th October 2017?

2. Where can I find the itinerary?

A detailed itinerary & plan will also be emailed to you once payment has been received.

3. What are the start and end dates?

The drive begins on the 2nd of October and ends on the 6th of October.

4. Is there a drive being arranged to reach the venue?

If you would like to drive along with other Tata SUV owners from your city, please do let us know and we will try to put you in touch with other SOUL members driving to Nagpur. Else you can also drive solo and meet us at Nagpur directly.

5. Where is the accommodation booked?

We’re looking to stay at the hotels as listed below in the respective cities:

  • Nagpur – Le Meridien
  • Kanha – Taj Banjaar Tola
  • Bandhavgarh – Tiger’s Den
  • Khajuraho – Radisson Jass

6. Can my friends and family come along for the drive?

This event is for Tata SUV owners and their friends and family only.Kindly inform us how many members will be joining you on this drive in the RSVP link. If you’re registering with one car, a maximum of 4 persons can be a part of the group. Seats are limited and will be provided on first come first serve basis.

7. What are the expenses for the Drive?

The package rates are as below:

  • Rs. 56,050/- for 2 people on double occupancy (Rs. 47,500+18% GST)
  • Rs. 45,430/- for 1 person on single occupancy (Rs. 38,500+18% GST)
  • Rs. 26,550/- for 1 person on triple occupancy (Rs. 22,500+18% GST)
  • Rs. 18,880/- for 1 person between age 5-12 (Rs. 16,000+18% GST)
  • This is inclusive of GST, Food, Safari & Activities

8. What does my package cost for the Drive cover?

The package includes 2 Safaris in Kanha & Bandhavgarh, Sound & Light Show at Khajuraho, Nature Walk, Temple Visit in Khajuraho, accommodation and meals during the drive.
Anything over & above not mentioned as included will be have to be borne by the Tata Safari owner guest. Eg: room service, alcohol, laundry and incidentals etc. and need to be paid for directly to the resort /other vendors at the time of check-out.
Fuel charges for the entire trip are to be borne by the owner.

9. What should I expect at the event?

The drive is designed to help let you enjoy the road and add joy to the experience at each destination. You will get to experience serene mornings, natural vistas, wildlife, local culture, and get an insight into the history of central India.
The itinerary is action packed, and we’re spending a considerable duration of the day on the road.
We expect the week would be a fairly rigorous one, and tiring to a certain extent.

10. What’s the weather in MP like in the first week of October?

October marks the traditional “start of the season”, with travelers making their way from all across India to this part of the country. The forests are all lush green with the monsoons having gone by, and the evenings are pleasant.
The general temperature ranges from highs of about 32° to lows of 20°

11. How long would I be driving for each day?

Each leg of the drive is going to be around 250 kms and will take us about 5 to 6 hours to cover.
We will be crossing small towns in each leg, we’ll let you know about a couple of spots you can stop at for a quick tea-break.

12. What are the roads going to be like?

You will be driving through state highways and winding roads traversing National Parks across MP across the scenic greens of Pench, Kanha, Bandhavgarh and Panna reserves.
Some patches of the tarmac might be a little broken, that’s more for you to show off your SUV, and cruise by comfortably.

13. What do I need for the drive?

Apart from the spirit of adventure, love for your Tata SUV, stories to share of your past travel, and a zeal to meet new people, we suggest you carry the below things for sure:

  • Basic Vehicle Paperwork & Photo IDs
  • Closed Shoes, Caps and water bottles, safari attire, sun glasses
  • Camera (in case your phone is busy helping you navigate)
  • Binoculars (to spot the phenomenal range of local bird species)
  • Mosquito Repellant (because nature doesn’t discriminate in the good and bad flyers.)
  • Dry Snacks (for that reminder of “I’m hungry” you get as soon as you’re 50 km on the way)
  • Cash (because paper is still more natural than plastic)

14. How will I receive confirmation of participation for the Drive?

You will first have to Register/RSVP via the website (http://soul.tatamotors.com/)
After you RSVP, we will call you to confirm regarding the details, and to solve any queries you may have regarding payment.
Your participation at the event will be finalized once a payment is made.

15. How can I make the Payment for the same?

SeventyEMG has been authorized by Tata Motors Ltd to conduct the drive, and all related activities for the SOUL Iconic Drive and collect payments for participation in the same.
