SOUL Service benefits

  • Free Pick up and Drop Facility
    1. Pick up and Drop facility will be free up to 30 Kms (To and Fro) from TML Authorized workshops
    2. Vehicles involving accident repairs and needs to be towed are not covered under this facility
    3. Pick up and Drop facility with be provided with prior appointments only
    4. Pick up and Drop process will be governed by TML guidelines
  • Availability of loaner car facility
    1. Loaner Car will be provided only for Mechanical repairs and not for accidental repairs
    2. Loaner Car will be provided only to those SOUL customers whose vehicle has been pending in workshop for >2 days for mechanical repair
    3. Soul customers provided with Loaner Car needs to sign the Loaner Car Authorization form provided by TML Authorized workshops
    4. Loaner car process will be strictly governed by TML guidelines and circulars
  • 2 Free Foam washes at the doorstep for each SOUL Customer per year
    1. TML Dealer Team will call the SOUL Customer for taking prior appointment for carrying out Foam wash
    2. In Foam Wash inside vacuuming and under body cleaning will not be covered
    3. During Foam Washing if SOUL customers wish to carry out any additional services / repairs then it will be done only on prior notice to Dealer and strictly as per TML warranty guidelines only

Value Added Privileges

  • AMC
    1. Rs. 1500/- off on Gold AMC, & Rs. 1200/- off on Silver AMC
      1. Offer is available for Hexa and Safari customers in 60000 Kms / 3 years combination and for Harrier customers in 60000 Kms /4 years Combination only.
      2. Coverage- In Gold AMC Scheduled Services (Oils, Filters) and Wear & Tear Parts replacements like Brake Pads, Clutch, A/C Gas, Brake Liners, Ball Joints, Drive Belts, Wiper Blade, Kits, Calliper Kit, Shock Absorbers, Wheel Alignment Labour, Balancing (excluding weights) will be covered.
      3. In Silver AMC Scheduled Services (Oils, Filters), Wheel Alignment Labor and Balancing (excluding weights) will be covered.
      4. SOUL Customers with vehicles purchased within 396 days from date of sale only are eligible to buy Gold AMC.
      5. Gold/Silver AMC will be governed by TML recommended guidelines and circular.
  • Extended Warranty
    1. SOUL Harrier/Hexa/Safari customers – Rs. 750/- discount on 1 year Extended Warranty
    2. Terms & Conditions
      1. For the Extended Warranty to be valid, all services have to be done as per TML recommended schedule at a Tata Authorized Workshop only.
      2. No discount on 2 year extended warranty product.
      3. For buying Extended Warranty Soul customer vehicle should be within 22 months from Date of sale and not covered more than 40000 Kms.
      4. Vehicles met with an accident and having irregular schedule service history are not eligible to buy Extended Warranty and Decision of TML authorized workshop will be final and binding thereof
      5. Parts coverage under EW will be strictly as per TML recommended guidelines and circular.

Offers on Accessories

  • The discount is applicable on Tata Motors Genuine Accessories only and subject to availability at the showrooms.
  • The discount offered is applicable
    1. For the accessories meant for SUV’s (Safari and Hexa)
    2. The discount offered is applicable on the existing MRP.
  • The discount cannot be clubbed with any other offer /scheme, available in the showroom at that particular period.

FAQ

1.   Where can I purchase the SOUL Merchandise from?

SOUL merchandise can be purchased through payUmoney link on the SOUL website. https://www.payumoney.com/store/buy/soulmerchandise

2.   How will I get the confirmation of my purchase?

Once the payment is successful, you will get a payment confirmation email from payUmoney.

3.  What is the maximum delivery time?

The product purchased will be delivered to you within 10-15 days. You will receive a despatch email once it is shipped.

4.  How do I cancel the order, I have placed?

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped and we will refund the entire amount paid by you. No cancellations will be entertained in any other situation.

5.  How do I return a product?

A product once purchased, cannot be returned under any circumstance. It can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product.
Refunds will only be entertained in case of non-availability of the size of the product ordered.

6.  How can I exchange a product?

You can exchange a product with a different size of the same product.
Please contact Cougar Motorsport on 8800860430 or write to soul@cougarmotorsport.in and request for an exchange. Please send the product to the Cougar Motorsport registered address 4E, Hansalaya, 15 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110001 mentioning your order ID and name. Once the product is received back, it will be subject to a quality check. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back.
Refunds will only be entertained in case of non-availability of the size of the product ordered.

7.  What happens in case the product received is damaged?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact Cougar Motorsport on 8800860430 or write to soul@cougarmotorsport.in mentioning your Order ID. A brand new replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back.
Refunds will only be entertained in case of non-availability of the size of the product ordered.
